There is no better publication that I am aware of that is so accurate and on top of any news and developments in our industry. I personally recommend it to many people that want to know and understand more about our industry. For the most part, shop-eat-surf.com gets the stories first. As a matter of fact, I require all the executives in our company to read it.

It is common knowledge in our industry that there is one undisputed leader in reporting on the topics, businesses and trends that impact all of us the most, and it is shop-eat-surf.com. Their access to those who make our industry happen is second to none, and we value not only the content of their reporting but the editorial thought on what it all means both in the present as well as the future. If we were asked to give a rating, it would be five out of five stars.

VICTORIA SKIMBOARDS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OF SKIMBOARDING
Opening viewership globally .......
Laguna Beach, CA – The Victoria Skimboards World Championship of Skimboarding (WCS) has revolutionized the way skimboarding contests are run. From the introduction of the Professional Women's Division to the Live Webcast of the event, the WCS continues to drive the sport of skimboarding into the future all the while pushing the competitors to new heights each and every year.
"The live webcast has changed the game for all riders that enter the WCS" states Victoria Skimboards General Manager Trigg Garner.
"It is no longer five hundred (500) people on the beach watching you skimboard, it is over twenty thousand (20,000) people watching you worldwide. To some this will be debilitating, but to others it will only increase performance and therefore progress the sport of skimboarding."
Last year’s local stand out and contest winner, Sam Stinnett looks to repeat his performance and once again stand on top of the podium but the talented rider pool this year might have something to say about that.
"Sam is an incredible rider with skills for any condition" states professional skimboarder Matthieu Thibaud, but rider's the likes of Blair Conklin, Morgan Just, Teddy Vlasis, Paulo Prietto, and Bill Bryan look to dethrone the champion and take top honors. With every heat stacked and broadcast worldwide, it is anyone's contest!
All about tour points, personal pride, and respect amongst your peers, the WCS is set. Mark July 7-8, 2012 on the calendar, get down to Aliso Beach Park in Laguna Beach, California and be ready for in your face action invading every computer around the world. The WCS is here!
