Adidas today reported a very strong second quarter driven by strong sales in North America, Western Europe and China.
The strong numbers come as no surprise after seeing how many people are wearing Adidas in the market these days.
Total company sales grew 21% in currency-neutral terms for a total of €4.422 billion.
The Adidas brand grew sales by 25% with double-digit increases in running, football, training, Adidas Originals and Adidas Neo.
Adidas brand revenue grew 32% in North America, 30% in Western Europe and 30% in Greater China.
The company’s profits also increased, with net income rising 99% to €291 million.
