Manhattan Beachwear, Inc. Announces Promotion of Katie Dawley

Manhattan Beachwear Inc., the nation’s largest swimwear manufacturer, is proud to announce the promotion of Katie Dawley to the position of Sr. Vice President – Global Sales for all brands. The announcement was made by Kevin F. Mahoney, CEO and is effective August 14, 2017.

Katie joined Manhattan Beachwear in 2010 as Corporate Sales Manager, and was promoted in April 2016 to VP Sales for Lauren, POLO and Chaps and has demonstrated strategic success in building the Lauren and Polo brands with key retail partners. Her extensive experience in sales, merchandising, product development and brand management will serve as an invaluable asset as the company continues to develop its international wholesale portfolio.

Kevin F. Mahoney, President and Chief Executive Officer of Manhattan Beachwear stated “The entire organization, myself included, are very pleased to make this announcement. Fulfilling Ms. Dawley’s previous position will be Alison Koelmel, who will be joining the sales department as Vice President of Global Sales – Ralph Lauren Swim. Ms. Koelmel is based in New York and has extensive professional experience in both domestic and International sales, most recently working with Komar as Vice President of International Sales. Other experience includes Director of Retail Services for Carole Hochman and Polo Ralph Lauren Hosiery.
