Rip Curl San Clemente to Host Team Signing and Mega Raffle to Benefit SIMA Humanitarian Fund

Join Rip Curl at our San Clemente Surf Center on Sunday, September 10th 1pm-3pm to meet our pro team, grab a Banzai Bowl, get your surfboard painted by POSCA Pens and win some rad gear from the mega raffle. 

With the World Tour in town, Rip Curl’s elite surf team including Mick Fanning, Gabriel Medina, Matt Wilkinson, Owen Wright, Conner Coffin, Tyler Wright, Nikki Van Dijk, and Pauline Ado will be on hand to meet, greet, and sign posters for those who attend (event schedule permitting). 

We will also be holding our annual raffle to raise funds for the SIMA Humanitarian Fund, which in turn gives back to 14 amazing beneficiaries for numerous worthy causes (please go to for more info). All proceeds from the raffle will support the 14 beneficiaries listed on their website. The raffle will feature a variety of Rip Curl prizes, including wetsuits and watches, as well as product generously donated from several other surf brands. Tickets can be purchased at Rip Curl San Clemente the week leading up to the event at $1 per ticket. 

Additionally, free custom hats will be handed out, along with delicious Banzai Bowls, while acclaimed surf artist Drew Brophy will be on-site from POSCA Pens to paint your surfboards or other gear while you wait to meet your favorite surfer.
