Los Angeles, CA (November 12, 2014) – STOKED, the leading national nonprofit organization that aims to promote personal development, academic achievement and healthy living to underserved youth through action sports culture, will hold a Charity Sample Sale and Holiday Party in Los Angeles on December 6th, 2014, Powered by Group Y.

Brands including Vans, Oakley, DC, Stussy, Volcom, Skullcandy, Staple,  Timberland and Zoo York have donated their overstock gear and samples to be sold at discounts up to 70% off retail price. Athletes will donate their gear to be sold at deeply discounted rates as well. Participating athletes and personalities include Paul Rodriguez, Chaz Ortiz, Kelly Clark, Sal Masekela, Manny  Santiago and Bastien Salabanzi. The event will be open to the public and all sales will directly support STOKED’s youth development programs in Los  Angeles.

We think that this event is perfect for our LA supporters and will give them the chance to support STOKED and shop for the holiday season.” says Steve Larosiliere, President and Founder of STOKED. The event will be held at Experiential Marketing Company BeCore’s downtown LA office,  at 1652 Mateo St., Los Angeles, CA 90021. Both the sample sale and party will take place from 610pm and tickets can be purchased at  www.stoked.org/laholidayevent.
