Cypress, CA (July 9, 2015) – Zumiez Presents: Vans will take over Long Beach’s beloved Cherry Park tomorrow, July 10 in celebration of the newly renovated skate plaza designed by Vans pro Geoff Rowley. Located one block from the beach off Cherry and Ocean Avenues, the special event kicks off at noon with exclusive access for Zumiez Stash members to a private skate session hosted by Geoff Rowley from 12PM-2PM. The festivities continue as the park re-opens to the public at 2PM for all-day skateboarding, a Vans Skate team signing, game of SKATE and free giveaways. As the cherry on top, Zumiez and Vans proudly present Canadian hardcore band FUCKED UP in a live performance, alongside special guests to close out the night.
