Sun Bum Acquired by SC Johnson
Editor’s note: We are catching up on this news about Sun Bum. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, the Wall Street Journal reported in April that the company was being shopped with a valuation of approximately $400 million.
RACINE, Wis. /PRNewswire/ — SC Johnson announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire Sun Bum®, a fast-growing brand that makes quality personal care products including sun protection, hair care and lip care products. The acquisition also includes the Baby Bum® brand of sun protection and baby care products.

SC Johnson expects the deal to be finalized subject to U.S. regulatory approval.
