Fry began her career as a swimwear designer for Roxy, before moving on to Billabong as global creative director for over a decade. Fry then became vice president of women’s at Volcom before co-founding and serving as president of women’s lifestyle brand Amuse Society. Offering more than 20 years of award-winning experience as a brand director in the apparel industry, Fry joined Z Supply in 2019 as president to oversee the growth and refinement of their multi-faceted portfolio of highly targeted women’s brands. She has guided it into the fully integrated business it is today.
Jay Barton, CEO & Founder of ASRV
Frustrated by the dearth of athleisure options for men, Barton started ASRV Sportswear in 2014 with a slim-fit jogging pant. Sales topped $750,000 in the first year. Now he has a full line of performance athletic apparel with a streetwear aesthetic, which has attracted a cult following (Instagram followers: 1 million and counting) and is expected to drive sales of $18 million in 2020. Barton was named one of Forbes 30 Under 30 – Retail & Ecommerce in 2020.
