Hybrid Apparel Announces Two Key Executive Hires
Hybrid Apparel has made two key additions to its senior team today, with the company bringing two established business leaders on board to facilitate continued growth. CEO Bill Hutchison announced the hiring of Faith Garcia-Ross as Chief Operating Officer and Ed Massura as Chief Supply Chain Officer. Hybrid Apparel is a leading global wholesaler of licensed, branded and private label apparel, and portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners.
“I am thrilled to have Faith and Ed join the Hybrid Team,” said Hutchison. “Their extensive experience in global sourcing and supply chain management, as well as their proven leadership skills, will allow Hybrid to continue our work as the best-in-class industry leader in licensed and branded apparel.”
Garcia-Ross joins Hybrid from GXO Logistics, where she was most recently the Divisional President of the Emerging Markets Division. In her role, Garcia-Ross developed strategies with an emphasis on growth and profitability. Prior to GXO Logistics, Garcia-Ross served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at XPO Logistics where she was accountable for operational excellence and customer satisfaction and oversaw distribution centers across the Americas Division.
“I am incredibly excited to join a team that has distinguished itself as an industry leader not only in licensed apparel, but also sourcing and global supply network management,” said Garcia-Ross. “I look forward building on Hybrid’s success and working with their team to grow relationships and resources.”
Massura was most recently the Senior Vice President, Product Supply Chain at Torrid, where he led and directed sourcing and operations development and vendor management operations. During his 9 year tenure he implemented initiatives to drive growth, expansion and profitability across the organization. Before his role at Torrid, Massura served as Senior Director, Product Development, Juniors at Pacific Sunwear.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the Hybrid team as the Chief Supply Chain Officer,” said Massura. “Their proven track record in successful business operations and management is incredible, and I am excited to work with the team to continue to add to their capabilities and global reach.”
