Vans Skate Classics Get a Refresh with Help from Team Rider Breana Geering
Vans Skateboarding is proud to announce the latest collection with Vans team rider and Vancouver-based skater Breana Geering, translating her inherently creative and bold style to a new capsule collection led by the Vans Skate Sk8-Hi Decon and Skate Old Skool.
Breana’s bold creativity, confidence, and easy-going personality undoubtedly shine through in her collection, which features detailed skeleton and snake graphics and incorporates Breana’s love of black and white stripes.
At the heart of the new collection, Breana puts her spin on the Skate Old Skool and the Breana Geering Sk8-Hi Decon in Blue/Black and Black/White colorways. Designed to be tough on the inside like Breana, the hero footwear styles each feature SickStick™ rubber construction, Duracap™ for added protection and, PopCush™ footbed for added durability and comfort, on and off the board.
The Breana Geering Skate Old Skool features a snake detail along the shoe’s sidewall, and the Sk8-Hi Decon showcases a skeleton hand against black and white striping; both shoes highlight Breana’s unique style.
The collection also features a selection of apparel: the Breana Skate Mini Tee, the Breana Skate Pant, the Breana Skate Beanie, and the Breana Skate Sock. Meant to showcase individuality and underground flair from the ground up, this collection was designed to enable skaters to look their best and feel it, too.
- The Mini Tee is made with 20/1 heavy cotton and features embroidery and screen-printed details
- The Skate Pant is a straight-leg, over-dyed cotton canvas with back patch pocket detailing and embroidery detail at the back pocket.
- The Breana Skate Tote is made with cotton canvas and designed with printed stripes, double handle straps, and a front patch pocket offering both utility and style.
