Boardriders Licensing Partners Reference Guide
Here’s what we know so far about licensing partners under new Boardriders owner Authentic Brands Group.
The company is still actively signing deals, with more expected. For instance, no licensing partners have been announced yet for DC Shoes and VonZipper.
This information comes from a memo that Boardriders sent to retailers before the deal closed. Authentic has not officially commented on licensing partners yet except for Liberated Brands, which was officially announced Wednesday.

Our reporting shows that the presidents in these regions- Nico Foulet, Greg Healy, and Sammy Yoo - are trying to standup operating companies so they can obtain the licenses for the Boardriders brands in the region and continue to run them.
However, it requires a lot of money and is quite complicated and is expected to take several months. In addition, there’s extensive labor laws in France that need to be worked through.
