Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Globe International is looking for a smart, motivated, customer service/sales person.

“Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative”

Duties would include but not be limited to the following:

• Learn and remain proficient on all branded product lines
• Maintain and service the current account base
• Communicate and sell products to existing customer acct base
• Respond to all customers and field sales reps’ inquiries in a timely manner
• Solicit new business through cold calling and new account inquiries
• Complete customer set-up sheets
• Provide shipping and tracking information to customers
• Attend all required meetings and trainings that are offered
• Exceed customer service expectations
• Gather and analyze competitor, industry and customer data to better sell our brands
• Exhibit a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Take full responsibility for individual actions
• Attend Trade Shows and Trade Events
• Some travel may be required
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Sales / Customer Service Experience – 2 years’ minimum
• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
• Typing Test Required
• Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
