We are looking for an individual for our Hurley Women’s Swim Division to oversee all wholesale marketing initiatives and to collaborate with the sales team to facilitate and follow through on all opportunities, strategies, and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, an understanding of the action sports market, experience with B2B wholesale platforms, and a passion for driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales catalog process: Work closely with cross-functional external and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Create seasonal line sheets: Using the NuOrder platform, ensure all necessary information is accurately presented to wholesale buyers.  Maintain NuOrder platform initiating images and following through on timelines.
  • Image asset management: Oversee all image assets for key retailers, ensuring timely delivery and organization for use in marketing materials and sales collateral.
  • In-store POP fulfillment: Working with the global marketing team, fulfill all in-store point-of-purchase (POP) requests for the sales team, ensuring materials are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
  • Sales event coordination: Plan and actualize all sales events, including trade shows and Go-To-Market strategies, to maximize brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Marketing/promo order management: Work with PR and Social teams on all marketing and promotional orders via NuOrder platform, ensuring timely delivery to sponsored athletes, influencers and Hurley events.
  • Sample management: Manage the sample inventory, including distribution to sales team members, internal departments and tracking of sample usage.
  • Gift with purchase (GWP) creation and distribution: Create and distribute GWP promotions for the sales team for events,  to incentivize wholesale orders, and drive sales.
  • Product data management: Provide product data to the sales team for electronic data interchange (EDI) and bulk orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate location photoshoots: Coordinate product line,  interface with vendors and agencies to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in wholesale sales marketing or related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in B2B wholesale platforms, NuOrder preferred.
  • 2+ years in action sports or fashion market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Women’s or Junior’s Swimwear experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications

Salary Range:  $70K-$80K
