Live from the SIMA Image Awards - Rip Curl dominates, Vissla and Amuse land big wins

SES is reporting live from the SIMA Image Awards tonight, where a crowd of about 800 is celebrating the brands whose work stood out from the pack in 2015.

The overwhelming theme of the night was Rip Curl's domination, with the brand winning five of the six awards it was nominated for.

On the apparel side, Vissla and Amuse Society scored big wins, especially for brands that are so new to the market.
