The tough market doesn’t seem to be slowing down outdoor lifestyle brand Prana.
The brand, owned by Columbia Sportswear, grew 12% to $140 million in 2016.
It was Prana’s sixth year of double-digit sales growth.
Prana’s expanded swim offering has been a key growth driver, and the men’s business, including yoga, fitness and lifestyle categories, is also growing rapidly, according to Columbia executives.
The brand still is mostly distributed in the U.S., and has a very small international business.
Columbia is forecasting that Prana will grow in the low double digits again in 2017.
