Award winners were honored at the Awards Gala Ceremony held at the Harvard Club in New York City on October 28th, 2015.

ROTH won the award for North America Private Equity Deal of the Year for Small Middle Markets for advising premium infant & juvenile travel gear brand Diono (www.diono.com) on its investment from Winona Capital (www.winonacapital.com). ROTH also won the award for North America Corporate Deal of the Year for Large Middle Markets for its role advising Pyramid Oil Company on its merger with Yuma Energy, Inc.
