Merge4 Collaborates With Steve Alba
MERGE4 is proud to announce the release of A Hui Ho: an aloha-splashed graphic sock collaboration with skateboarder Steve Alba.
Salba was inducted into the Skateboard Hall of Fame, recognized for his pioneering pool, and fullpipe skating in the 1970s and 1980s, which blazed a vertical path that generations of skaters have followed ever since. Salba is also known for his creative stencil art which MERGE4 is honored to release in its Holiday collection.
A graphic sock celebrating Steve Alba is right in line with the philosophy of MERGE4 who are in the business of producing, creative, quality driven socks peppered with graphics from legends in the world of surfing, skateboarding, music and art.
Steve Alba said: “Stoked to be part of creative side of design with MERGE4! Thanks for the opportunity.”
And Merge4 founder Cindi Ferreira-Busenhart agreed: “We’re honored to have another Skateboard Hall of Fame recipient that is crazy artistic in the MERGE4 line up. Salba’s art will be featured in the MERGE4 holiday collection and he’ll be in good company with art by Steve Caballero, Christian Hosoi, the Foo Fighters, Skateboarder Magazine and others.”
