Our latest survey of economic indicators shows that the U.S. economy continues to hold the bottom, mixing in enticing tidbits of good news with occasional disappointments. Today, I put together five sets of data that give views on apparel production, supply and demand in the U.S. I’ve charted wholesale prices for key industry segments, retail sales by industry segments, wholesale inventories and inventory-to-sales ratios and consumer expectations.
