MOORE NAMED PRESIDENT OF REEF

Carlsbad, CA – September 8, 2010 – VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC) announced today that Jeff Moore, 44, has been named President of its Reef® brand, based in Carlsbad, California, effective immediately.

Moore joined VF in 2005, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales – Americas for Vans, with responsibility for the U.S., Mexico, Canada and Latin America.

Previously, Moore held sales and management positions at Ambiguous Industries and Stussy.

He will report to Eric C. Wiseman, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of VF Corporation.

“Jeff is a proven leader with exceptionally strong business management skills,” Wiseman said.

“Working with a very talented team at our Reef® brand, I am confident that he will continue to drive the brand’s momentum.”
