Naude's new company announces international partners

Following on the announcement of the brand names “Vissla” and “D’Blanc,” Stokehouse Unlimited is pleased to announce the appointment of three additional international distribution partners.

The Australasian region will be run by Stokehouse Australia, which will be based at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast of Australia.  The company will be headed up by three well-known Australian surf industry executives, John Mossop, Peter Casey and Brad Bricknell.

John Mossop worked with Paul Naude for the past year after a long career in communications and sustainability initiatives for Billabong International.  John is involved in producing and distributing action sport films in that market, including the award-winning documentary “Bra Boys.”




Peter Casey is a production and supply chain expert with extensive experience in sourcing and operations in Asia.  He has held a number of senior positions in apparel companies including head of Global Operations for Billabong International.  He is the founding directory for the Fayde Golf Brand, where he has worked for the past three years.

Brad Bricknell is a former South African Surfing Champion and ISA World Surfing Games Gold Medalist.  He now calls Burleigh Point home.  He has held a number of senior marketing and sales positions in the surf industry, including a three year role as the national sales manager for Billabong Australia.

Stokehouse Japan (SJH) has appointed well-respected surfer and surf industry executive Shin Yamasaki as the company president.  The company’s headquarters are based in Yokohama Japan.
